Divorce
Divorce can be an intimidating word for many due to the dramatization in television and movies, but it doesn't have to a bitter battle to the end. We belief that with careful planning and taking the time to understand the marriage and why it is ending that divorce doesn't have to be a draining fight. It is always our goal to look after our client's interest and prevent waste from either unnecessary legal battles or from not knowing what rights you have and how to enforce them.

While we prefer to guide our clients through a calm and reasonable divorce we will fight if your rights are being violated and the other side cannot come to the table in good faith.
Child Support
Often the most contentious issue in divorce or among people is the issue of child support. For many parents it can feel like a bitter pill to give hard earned income to someone you may not like, to put mildly. However we are here to help you on either side and assure that all parties remember that Child Support is about the children and making sure they are given all the resources they would have had if things had a Hollywood happy ending.
Our firm will help you in either initial child support issues or filing for readjustment as needed and make sure that whatever happens your child is looked after.
Order Modification or Enforcement
Whether we worked on your initial case or not we are here to help you make sure that whatever agreement you came to is still working for you and your situation. Sometimes new information comes our or circumstances chance, whatever happens though we will be here to help you make sure your life is in order. We will also work hard to make sure your agreement is followed through if your former partner is going against the orders or dragging their feet on following through.
